HOLD- Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHIA) announced that the exchange ratio for the dividend for the year 2025 is 1 new common share for every 26.9341 existing common shares, based on the volume-weighted average price of all traded common shares Koninklijke Philips N.V. at Euronext Amsterdam on May 27, 28 and 29, 2026, of EUR 22.8640.
